National Excellence
Our work among the Finnish top-level cross-country skiing concentrates on creating optimal coaching and training facilities for our best skiers. The main objective is to support our top athletes in the best way possible to persevere with their work towards their own ambitions. In order to help our talented young skiers to attain the international high-end of cross-country skiing, we keep the co-operation between the different squads open and communicative. We promote the principle of fair play and demonstrate ethical conduct in all our undertakings.
The athletes in our national squads endeavour to succeed in World Championships and The Olympic Winter Games, not forgetting the FIS World Cup and the FIS Tour de Ski.
